As a long standing partner of curling, Eurosport is proud to provide fans with unprecedented coverage of the Le Gruyère European Curling Championships 2008.
The event, contested December 6-13 from the Swedbank Arena, marks the beginning of the "last chance" for European curlers to qualify their countries for the 2010 Olympic Winter Games.
Eurosport will combine live on-air and online broadcast efforts, delivering 10 matches in High-Definition television and another 24 games via Eurosport's new web TV service.
Eurosport Player, located at: player.eurosport.com, allows live and simultaneous access to Eurosport, Eurosport 2 and Eurosport News, plus over 6,000 hours of live sporting events each year. The Le Gruyère European Curling Championships 2008 will be available via computer in full screen format.
In addition, European curling fans are invited to view the competition for a discounted rate of 25 per cent off regular subscription prices. This special offer, courtesy of the World Curling Federation (WCF) and Eurosport, is available until December 31 for monthly subscriptions and April 30, 2009 for annual subscriptions.
