The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the European Curling Federation (ECF) took place today at Karlstad, Sweden.
The members agreed to now gradually dissolve the ECF, with the last ECF AGM taking place in Champery, Switzerland during the European Curling Championships 2014. The ECF will cease operating as of Jan. 1, 2013 and a formal agreement was signed between the World Curling Federation (WCF) and ECF giving the rights to the WCF to run all European competitions (ECC and EMCC) with immediate effect.
However, as the ECF still exists legally, a new Executive Board was elected as requested by the constitution. Its members are:
